Golf Course
The golf course is recovering well and will continue to get better over the next couple weeks. The last couple weeks have been surprisingly dry with record high temperatures and as you can see from the haze in the picture below, very humid.
Common Grounds
Now that the course is back open we will be working on the list of items that accumulated over the last couple weeks. A good example is the trimming of a few palms along the lake in the common area next to Sterling Lakes.
Facilities
Last week when Hector went up in the attic over the dining room to investigate a leaking a/c unit what he found was surprising. There was old debris (a/c parts, insulation, trash) everywhere. This made it hard to get around and even harder to work on the a/c units. So this week we brought in a temporary laborer to work with Hector for a day to clean up the area. In the videos and pictures below you can see how much “junk” had been left in the attic over the years.

This type of behind the scenes work is not visible on a daily basis but having it done will make it easier for work to be done when issues arise in the future.
