Golf Course
The golf course is really green thanks to the warm weather and fertilizer that was recently applied.
Common Grounds
Common grounds are showing off a bit too. Flowers are big and colorful!
A lot going on around the tennis courts this week.
New drainage for the foot washer near court 1
The old drain tile was plugged
Digging out a trench for the new drain
Setting the new drain and pipe
Covering the pipe and replacing the sod
Can barely tell anything was done. To steal a saying from the PGA, “These guys are good”.

Facilities
TV’s slowly starting to come online in the fitness center
(Note: to change channel on tv, use Bluestream remote attached to that piece of equipment)
No parking painted in spot near back walkway to the lanai
(Please do not park in this spot, it blocks the path to the lanai)
Broken window pane replaced in restaurant
